NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to those who follow Twinkle Toes Nursery by Kristina B. via Facebook, Instagram, or Email and who are 18 years old or older as of the date of entry. The Giveaway is only open to residents of The United States of America and Canada.

2. The winner is asked that if in the future you no longer want the doll, that you pay it forward by giving away the doll to another collector. Do not win the doll to sell for profit!!

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on November 24, 2023 at 7:00 PM EST and ending November 30, 2023 at 11:50 PM EST.

4. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting a registration using the online form provided at www.twinkletoesnurserybykristinab.com. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Twinkle Toes Nursery by Kristina B. Optional verbiage to include: You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Twinkle Toes Nursery by Kristina B.

5. Prizes: The Winner of the Giveaway will receive fully painted reborn ‘Realborn Maria Awake,’ and coming home layette. A value of $500.00 USD. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Twinkle Toes Nursery by Kristina B. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Twinkle Toes Nursery by Kristina B.’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Twinkle Toes Nursery by Kristina B. to use Winner’s name.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing on November 30, 2023 at 8:00 PM EST under the supervision of Twinkle Toes Nursery by Kristina B. Winner will be notified by email that evening following selection of Winner. Twinkle Toes Nursery by Kristina B. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within two (2) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT TWINKLE TOES NURSERY BY KRISTINA B‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Terms & Conditions: Twinkle Toes Nursery by Kristina B. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway at any time.
